I think chanwoo is just afraid to commit fully. I think chanwoo is scared to move pass the label of "strictly business" to "lovers" cuz he thinks something will go wrong and it will end, just like all his other relationships.
I don't know if Chanwoo Is just indenial for his feelings for MD or he really doesn't like him?
