He will get her a false noble family which lost their children (the scene will be pretty comical since Trashta also planned that, and 2 families will claim she is their daughter). And remember that commoners like Trashta since she is as uneducated as them. Only nobles and smart people like Empress
Something else on my mind: If Rash (whatever) became Empress, would she even know how to do that job? The current Empress was trained since young and is loved by many. If the Emperor who divorced the well loved Empress to marry his Concubine who doesn't have a solid background - how would the citizens & even political relations react? Smiles and fake tears can only take you so far. To run a whole palace & run a country is way out of your League girly. She doesn't know how to write properly and doesn't even show common manners to other royal members. One day she's gonna slip & insult another royal member from another country & then political war happens. O gosh. You can't fake cry yourself out of that.
