Seme dates Uke but then breaks up with Uke because Seme loves his brother. Uke then cuts his hair at the end of the chapter to, what I think maybe, forget his relationship with Seme.
There was also one chapter (or was it 2??) where they showed the past of Seme and Uke and it was on a New Year's Eve or smthng where they first got together as a couple.
