Is there a chapter 5

In the Index from Chapter 1 we can see there are 4 chapters and some extras. But chapter 4 says "TBC" so are we getting a chapter 5? Does anyone know?

I think there is a volume 2 thus the tbc tag

Oh so chapter 4 is the last chapter of vol 1? The series is still on-going in Japan then?
