I get why she's in denial, she's so guilty for everything she's done. She deliberately acted evil, hurt Diana & Orpheus with words, did a lot of things to that even frustrates the servants... If it were me, after finding out I've been wrong all this time and Orpheus has known all along (and he didnt say or do anything about it!!), I would be so ashamed of myself lol and I would run away too, even if only for a short time. Like her, I'd find someone close to me to talk to and clear my mind... poor Ophelia her mind has been distressed and disturbed throughout the manga.. it'll take time i guess to rekindle their love (or maybe not, since it's a manga (〜￣△￣)〜)
