It's a Rhea, they're like small humans with pointed ears, they're quite discriminated in this kind of setting as they generally have pretty dark tendencies like thievery and assasination. But of course, there have been nice Rheas through Goblin Slayer story.

Oh i saw that others races existed then goblin with pointy ears... but the master kinda have a unholy mug and a big nose lmao. Nothing like the elves I saw so far lol. He did seem like a tough master but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do when you want revanche on a whole specie (⊙…⊙ )
