Yes actually! Although men and women grow muscles different, if a woman were to do workouts as rigorous as men’s, it’s very likely she’ll have a similar body to a mans. Her stature might be more related to genetics tho, or maybe the author didn’t want a woman who had a typical body of a woman? Hope that helps! :)

She's done 6 six years of military service in Ehas and 10 years in Acrea. All she does is train and fight battles her whole life, so yes, she'll get really fit.
There’s a thing where people get super muscled to be in a competition and they get pictures taken (I think it’s used to promote gyms or trainers) - it’s for both genders so the girls get super buff too
But they use some protein material etc it's normal for them get that muscular like i just looked for womans who work at military but they not look like that
I don’t think so maybe some do but not all - they work at a gym so all they do is workout for hours - and keep in mind that military training doesn’t make people buff it’s whether they work out bc there are men who work at the military and aren’t buff at all
