before rikichii dies he said to waki that his blood will fulfill waki's desire and bring about miracle
that's why waki was so suprised that asari remembered shoui upon revival(bc then he didn't know the reason)
then kotoha and shoui(of rikichi's relatives) they used their blood when reviving magane
so yes ( i was so happy )

I think romantically with Waki (since we only saw him have intimate moments with him), but he was very loyal to the other guy as well. That's what I think :)
