I think your review is valid however I think the unnaturalness mostly comes from Ain and the fact that we know he's a bullshiter. I think the author is gonna reveal that fact so I'm gonna stick with it.

Their conversations are so unnatural, mother-son moments looks so fake and storyline needs a development. Till now, the only thing they did was eating and talking. But i willl think of it as author's way of wrapping the story up and since the idea is actually good and has potential i'll stick with it
