I got really curious and read the novel lol. So the Prince already knew but didn't reveal the secret. Chen you is still desperately hiding the secret. Apparently he tied his penis and hid it, and only have sex with the back facing the prince. He also wore prosthetic skin disgusting as a woman, with breast over his body, manufactured by the best craftsmen hired by the chen family.
