I don't understand what's so boring about her either. I think she's pretty great if anything. She has a clear goal on what she wants. She's not distracted by silly love games and she's clearly blending in well for someone who transmigrated/reincarnated. Like all these other story's where they reincarnate and they act completely different but ppl r ok with it.... Like what logic is that?
Also I'm totally all for that stealing food plan. That was genius. Win and save stamina. Take the easy route. All heroes die of overwork. The artist could've emphasize more on how dire it is to lose food. I mean come on ppl ..... We're locked down but have everything we need but are going crazy so imagine being starved..... Like that was great plan from her arc thingy
Agreed, because if she was overpowered from the beginning, it would make the storyline a bit more boring and predictable. Instead, she got something to assist her with her goals instead.
So true. I feel like the definition of a “op” character depends from person to person. It could be in terms of physical strength, intelligence, or it has to be both. Personally I really like the fl. She’s very clever.
I find it rather annoying when people are so quick to complain about the lack of action or a character being weak when the story is far from being finished or reaching the climax. Or when people label a character as weak or boring just because she can’t physically fight. I think it’s cool that she has a strong mentality and can effectively utilize the knowledge and tools that she has. Everyone looked down on her but she ended up carrying her whole team and lead them to victory, even though she can’t fight. Sort of like a “sike you thought I was weak and was gonna lose but look who won instead” sort of thing. But in the end the way people view a character is based on their preferences so there really is not much, nor a purpose for me to convince someone to think otherwise. Overall I just hope that people will continue to read this and support the fl, I’m sure as the story progresses, she’ll get stronger and the relationships we all hope for will develop, lol.

Lol i knowww, people think: “since this girl can’t fight she’s not cool!1!1 With her trained skills she should be able to fight like before even if she transmigrated into a completely new body that’s super weak!1!1!” People are so used to seeing female leads being able to fight that they suddenly expect and want every other FL of other stories to do the same. They talk as if they actually have a say in what happens in the story or that they actually do stuff other than read online stories and judge while sitting on their butt while they have no idea how to fight irl either lmao.
And the manga I was talking about was Ao haru ride/blue spring ride. It’s been a while since I read and finished it but the FL irritated me to the max. I understand if she was being stubborn about not getting with the ML because he was being annoying but she dragged it out for so long. And also dated the second lead during that time. And I’m just sitting there smacking my head, already knowing that she loves the ML and will end up with him, so I wonder why she gotta drag her relationship out with the 2nd lead?

I personally like her very, very much. In a way with my expectations, I’m like you. I’ve read hundreds of manhwas/mangas/manhuas and I like her quite well. She can’t use her strength in this new body that has never even seen a day of exercise and yet, she’s compensating very well with her other skills. People complain about how she’s not showing real skills and only depending on her bracelet, but isn’t the real skill knowing what to do with the bracelet in the first place?
In my personal opinion I think the FL is perfectly fine the way she is. Her current body doesn’t have the same skills she was able to do in her original one, obviously meaning that she’ll have to train and that she isn’t gonna be athletic in a few days. She’s smart and in the end of the day, her method is able to make her group win so I see nothing wrong with it. I could care less for risky or super strong female leads. I’ve always been seeing them everywhere being too op with their intelligence and strength, etc. That gets boring after a while. It’s nice to see that the FL has flaws and has to go through challenges. This challenge just shows that it’s easy enough where she doesn’t even need to do much other than instruct and lead, the real challenge isn’t even here yet.
I’m not gonna start on how skilled she is and how come she doesn’t seem like it, since I don’t really have a say since I literally only sit on my butt and read stories on the internet all day and know nothing of actual training :p
People have such high standards cause they’ve always seen better and can’t help but wonder why she’s not as good as those other op female leads. At the moment she’s taking advantage of what she’s capable of doing with her new body. I’ve seen other female leads where they were so strong but really stubborn and always risky. I’ve also seen a manhua where the FL is super OP and has inhuman strength but she’s not very smart at all and just charges head first into war. I personally really enjoy this story from its art style to its plot and characters. The story is just starting and hasn’t even gotten to the real stuff yet.
Lmaooo the girl hasn’t done anything wrong and yet readers are judging that she’s boring and not skilled ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I guess it just depends on the person reading. I’ve seen hundreds of manhwa, manhua, manga, from the absolute terrible ones to the top tier ones, and I still don’t have high expectations for new stories I’m just getting into. I guess it’s cause I’m very open minded to weak MCs to strong MCs and have a lot of patience (seriously I’ve read a shoujo manga where the mc is really annoying and stubborn while dating the second lead up until she finally realized who she’s really in love with at the 100+ chapter).
