They are not siblings. Yona's mom is in the new chapter, it is lady Kashi, the girl with black hair and also priestess. And also Yona doesnt have a blood, she is not a descendant like Soowon. She is the reincarnation, meaning the Crimson King's soul is in her. And because she is the reincarnated of Crimson King, the 4 dragons are bound to her and will always be loyal to her.
She has the blood and body of the crimson king, but not his soul

So idk if they are siblings but is there a difference that he has the blood but she is the reincarnation? So maybe they aren't actually related other than by reincarnation. Also, I totally forgot the story was on them and the first panel made me go wtf because I thought it was Hak and Yona
