Dont have to sign in! It's mostly just a site which has links to external sites which the translators run
- so click on the novel you wanna read
- go to the first chapter (usually the last page on the list of chapters part)
- click on the hyperlink that says 'ch 1'
this will take you to the translator's site and you can just read the rest of the translated chapters there, no need to go back to novelupdates

Yes and at first I was confused since I kept clicking the translators group name so just be sure to click the chapter number
