The ML has a twin brother. The brother fell for his half-sister in the prison, and they both died. They left a son which is the ML's son right now (so he's the boy's uncle)
Philip was their family's physician (family doctor). After what happened in the past he doesn't want anything to do with the past. So he kicked Philip out of his life and planned to live a single life, with no children. Because he doesn't want to leave an offspring of his disgusting bloodline. But until now Philip still persistently bothers the ML to give birth to a child to marry off to the boy. (Incest, again) To help continue the bloodline. So he'll secretly make the FL drink the medicine to make her give birth to his child. The ML is totally against incest. He hates it, and is disgusted by the idea of it.
