Actually she’s staying because she wants to know what happened to her family. Even if she wanted to move to another place her father is still with the knights and is forced to deal with people from the capital. Soooo the best way is to outsmart those culprits.
If I was Lippe, I'd just try to get my fam to move. The Capital is a fucked up place. But then again, Lippe is smarter than me, her becoming part of the social circles (when she's a baby and it's easier) is a really good move and has garnered her family a better position.
