If you're talking about that it's Korean and you can't understand it, the translation is under it in a small text. They probably couldn't put the translation inside the box and instead placed it on the bottom of the scene.

Oof it's a whole ass drama, Rumpi used to do this but then they got sniped by "No QC we die like men" I believe? Then as they were continuing another group called "Die like A Bitch" appeared, people think it's Rumpi trying to get back at the group that sniped it.
