I think this is the only time honesty is out of the question for a main character. He has none of his memories from his past life, so no way to prove himself. Everyone would just think he's going mental.
That's true.
Just walk out of the cubicle and clear up the misunderstanding. Dylan was the one going all nuts on Noah so what's he so worried about?! Yet, Noah just had to turn that situation from nothing into something with that kiss. Now he's really guilty. Facepalm.
That aside, it's even better if Noah just comes clean that he's not the real Scott. This charade will just hurt everyone involved.
