define of cheat in this story is very vague, Uke is vampire, he need ate blood or come of man, like we need food everyday. seme needs to return home five days, that mean uke has been fasting for five days. to the fifth day, seme call delay, he can't come back. Uke verry hungry, so he catch radom guy, but in the end, uke didn't sleep with him, it must be seme, it cannot be anyone else.
I don't like uke sleep around before he meet seme (he can just blow job, don't need to sleep with others, right?) but in this situation, you can say uke cheated or not ^^

I see where you're coming from, but he blew a guy other then his boyfriend. They had outlined their relationship and promised to be exclusive. That fits the definition of cheating. We also found out he can drink blood, so I believe he didn't have to cheat to sustain life
maybe...cause he is people, he feel have sex better than drink blood (maybe like eat meat person?)
don't get me wrong, I also don't like the way uke acts. but uke blow job and have sex manytime, so, you know, something repeated so many times will a natural thing, maybe with uke, sex don't big problem.
