There's a lot of different levels of ecchi. This one...let's just say it's near the top of the scale compared to other manga I've read. ^^;;
We each have different levels of ecchi tolerance I guess, I think you're referring to the "ecchi" mangas with barely any actual ecchi which give harem genre stories a bad rap by being extremely dry, and having a penchant of never truly ending properly. ( i.e. the MC getting all the heroines pregnant)
I like ecchi manga that are actually ecchi in substance rather than just in name.
Like this one... sadly I can't think of any mangas to recommend to you off of my head, to compensate for you dropping this one. Hope you find something that's more your speed.
Oh don't worry. I'm currently subscribed to around 270 manga, most of which are some form of isekai/reincarnation/wuxia/etc. I have plenty to read. It's just that I liked the start of this one, and am kinda sad that it went the full on ecchi route, as it's indeed too much for me.
Will still keep reading for another 2~3 chapters, but if it keeps going like this yea, I'll drop it.
It becomes mainly a slice of life genre instead of adventure.
Ah, that's a shame. Guess I'll have to drop it, slice of life isn't really my thing.

Right now it's a short chapter of them going into the dungeon, and then like what, 2 full chapters of sex? Got back from the dungeon? Sex. Making dinner? Sex. Taking a bath? Sex. Going to bed? Sex. If the dungeon wasn't so dangerous he'd be having sex in there as well most likely.
I really don't mind sex scenes and harem, if it's done at least decently. But now it's just becoming excessive. Like the mangaka is writing out his own big breasted dog eared waifu fantasies or something.
