Yeah I actually liked the friend before and he was a plot device for Megumi to realize his feelings for Tsugumi so the Mangaka totally did him dirty in vol. 2
Good point! I don't like the sudden 180 degree character turn!
I always felt like he liked megumi ? like the mangaka was hinting at it but I do agree that it was unnecessary.
I have mixed feelings about that chapter/episode...
It's refreshing to see that the Alpha is being rescued by the Omega but...
Was it really necessary to make the best friend of the Alpha so jealous and obessive that he intented to sexually assault and almost rape him???
It kinda ruined the light hearted atmosphere of this story!
