The fact that she's a girl has nothing to do with it, it's cause she's just rude and plain annoying. And if you'd payed attention to the story and the crap that she does (or in her case, doesn't do) you'd know that too. And i PRAY she doesn't become a love interest, I'll drop this story which is a shame cause I kinda like it and I'd like it even more if she were gone tbh.
