SO CREEPY!!! Everything about him is creepy. That he's known her since she was a kid, that he wanted to lock her up, that he decided passion overrides consent, EVERYTHING.

    He did say that he only fell in love after she was 17. He was dating other women before his engagement to her, which is basically the cause to the misunderstanding. And they didnt do anything questionable until she was after 21 so, I see nothing wrong with that
