In the novel the mob characters usually call him ugly so I was pleasantly surprised when he actually looks hot! But i guess the artist beautified everyone a bit, because the han myungoh guy was described to have a big belly (〜￣△￣)〜

In the novel, Kim Dokja's face has some sort of "protection" so the other characters don't really know what he looks like. It gets to the point that when he left they can't remember what his face looked like.
