he did actually, the author said so in her notes in the manhwa... maybe you didnt read it. The author answered when someone asked whether jihyun raped chiwoo and she says yes. and thats why chiwoo had such a bad reaction when jihyun returned to his life in the prequel.

Ahh I get that he’s a compelling character and all but I seriously don’t get why everyone loves Jihyun so much. He was toxic and even raped Chiwoo yet people still shipped the two and love Jihyun?? Chiwoo and Kyujin are happy together, and I would hate to see Jihyun ruin it. In fact, I even feel bad for his fiancé whoever they may be cause I just know that that isn’t gonna end well especially now that Jihyun and Chiwoo have been in contact.
