honestly i can kinda understand why she’d act in that sort of way considering things i’ve read about life as a concubine.. but i still cant help disliking her mainly because of my bias towards yu-er ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Yeah yuer deserves a good life. Tbh a slightly common yet wealthy life would have been best, but we're not the writer so ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I also read the spoilers and I just feel like I went from one pit to another lmfao I'm digging a pit for myself again but I think this might be better since it's a happy ending perhaps? The ML is a yandere, I'm already dreading what happens coz we had a taste of how scum he can be ugh...I hope it doesn't get bad. I kinda hate slow burn angst stuff but we'll see coz I think I can manage with this story so far.
Maybe it's coz I've been reading a lot if palace drama / historical courtyard politics, I don't really hate princess consort. I mean I don't like her, sure, but at the end of the day women / male concubines are always the one on the losing end. Makes me ambivalent about the couple themselves, but it's entertaining and nice to read. I also read this coz I've been wanting to read a story about an MC with a disability, the last one I read similar to this was too depressing...
