Yeah I noticed, oppa can refer to a boyfriend or older brother. But yeah that guy is most likely her actual brother seing as he says it and so does the mom. She did say that her son and daughter was here.
oppa can be used by Korean women for any male older than them. Just like men use hyung, women use oppa. yes I know its her actual brother I was just surprised when I was first reading it.
