Thats what I thought too cause in that same panel he talks about how he needs to come up with a reason so he can keep seeing her without her realizing he just wants to be with her

I mean idk if Lancelot will have any interest in her but Ares will definitely be jealous considering her original intentions when he first met her especially when he's been trying so hard to keep them from meeting. Also he's in a bad mood. It's gonna get good!!! Also I wonder why Ares was interested in Alicia in the first place. Was it because she ran away or did he fall in love after they slept together???
