Yeah that would be so sad and painful....
Like I know Nora parents aren't bad people but when there miscommunication in a family it's just not good....a lot of people get hurt when there's a lack of understanding....
It's so sad....I'm glad she gave him a gift

Yeahh and his dad seems to doesn't really know nora's feelings and just keep being on strict like like, its okay to be strict but doesnt mean u didnt show ur love its pretty conflicting because nora's parents doesnt seem that dumb
