Some tidbit about Weight in Japan

Asia generally weight-shames a lot but for those who don't know, Japan in particular has a law against obesity and you can be fined (called Metabo). Although I also read somewhere that they may have an inherent weight-associated disease. So there's that.

Imo though, the FL is very pretty...She's at a good weight, and plumper girls in general are just as pretty as skinny ones to me.

I don't know about other cuisine, but Japanese certainly helps. It has lots if fish and vegetables, so it can be pretty healthy. Also, drinking green tea helps with metabolism or something. And I heard that Japanese doesn't eat until they are full full, but only till they're full for about 80%...

They also don't cook with a lot of sugars, or butter...(but mostly because butter is very scarce there on account of lack of pastures).

Yes, there is a law, but it forces the employers in maintaining their workers' health (ages 40-75) or be fined with medical fees.
