There's a lot of story that's being crammed in here. This seriously needs more pages and panels for the story to flow better.
Basically, the crazy guy murderer at Ch.6, Aojiri-sensei, had an elder sister who died of drowning. Looks like she was being bullied. The bullies took a robot keychain her brother supposedly loved and threw it in the pond. She drowned trying to get it back.
So Aojiri-sensei went crazy.He has then been killing the ones responsible for her death, and taking their body parts to make a Frankenstein-monster like puppet of his sister and revive her.
One of these people was Sakuraba-sensei, the missing teacher from Ch. 1 who later turned up as a pile of body parts that Hizuki-sensei found. Looks like there was a chase in the mountains between her and Aojiri which caused her to fall off a cliff. Then he took her face and some other parts I guess to make his sister's puppet.
