Damn, if my language teachers saw this essay, they would be proud nad annoyed at the same time. Knowing I could write something like this but wouldn't do it in class anyway.

For God's sake, this is getting annoying. So many challenges. Xingling seems to never be able to catch her breath.
First, she has to survive a crazy psycho path out to rape her. Then, she has to work her way through some petty rich bitch. Thirdly, we have another psychotic character but oh would you look at that, he is her boyfriends relative and also looks like he got some mafia shit going on. Lastly, she has to go through her boyfriend's crazy ass, murder loving family.
I'm sorry but if I were in her situation, I would break up with Li Lei. It isn't a matter of love at this point. To begin with, Li Lei's family seems to disapprove of Xingling very much si this would make it difficult for them to even be together. But now that it is confirmed that she isn't accepted by the Li family, Li Lei's shit headed brother knows Xingling has no protection over her apart from his measly brother. I wouldn't go through all of that.
I would only stay with my boyfriend in this kind of situation if he decided to run away with me. To run away from his family. To stay with my family. To not get caught up in this batshit crazy mess of a family. This kind of thing is unimaginable to regular people. I do many things for love but this, this might not be one of them. Because this seems like even if she gave up her entire world, there would still be something blocking the two of them from true happiness. It would do them both good if they just broke up. They wouldn't have so much stress going through their heads.
I think I should drop this. Well, I guess I will see in the next update.
