i read a manga that had that kind of story. guy was taking care of his sisters kid becouse i think she was always away on buisness or something like that and the friend met up with him after several years and saw he had a kid and assumed it was his. the friend stuck around to help out and eventually he learned the truth. cant remember the name of it but it was pretty good.
I kinda feel like the kids not his own . More like he is taking care of it for his sister or something? ??
