You're not entirely wrong. Your hunch is right, Mr.Cat was Winter but he came back because he wanted to be with him. Later on, his hair turns white and then he disappears on Seungwoo and comes back naked that is in a white cloth that barely covered him up. Also, the friend of Seungwoo is going to gradually change and he'll end up with another cat he's met when he was little, who is kind of like a grim reaper after Mr.Cat's life. P.S: Seungwoo and Mr.Cat never did the H thing, it was only them rubbing each other off while the friend of Seungwoo and the grim reaper cat did the whole H thing together, though it felt kind of forced. (Seungwoo's friend is the bottom to the grim reaper cat).

I had quite a unbelievable thought...What if, winter is the previous life of mr.cat, that's why he knew about the fishy guy and everything....because something happened in the past which winter know's the cause of(probably because of the fishy guy) that's why he couldn't leave the main alone(since he doesn't want the same thing happen again)....
