But the translator tried his or her best to translate too...I mean, I read it in other language and I still do get this chapter either. I will come back to this when my mind is ready for all those complexity (=・ω・=)

basically, Sid said he found the doctor, but he was murdered. and since Sid is Cain's right-hand man, the doctor can't just accuse him of lying. this whole chapter was just about the doctor and Sid thinking about how not to be screwed. and as the other demon is still with the finder and bored he can end up in the middle of the confusion too
