Lots are going to think it's too much, and it's just a warning, but there's gonna be heavy ass plot I'm the coming chapters.

Mainly plot between Sid, some flashbacks to the doctor (eventually) and just more plot for Cain and company for a while.

I don't remember how common the future sex scenes are, I just know it gets plot heavy, so just a warning for you already confused folks.
