i think it's because the official first and second season were uploaded in different websites (1st in lezhin and 2nd in tappytoon).
I don't know about the first question.. maybe they are talking about the raws?
People seem to be confused..why are people asking where to read triple crown for free when this is it? What did I miss? I havent looked much at it since it was released last June and had the fan translation. But for some reason people seem to think the 1st and 2nd season are separate manhwas?
