I think, that Tomohisa maybe feels bad about living in hiding with Yuuta/Yuki and not getting him a proper help for his condition. The guilt about killing his father and essentially kidnapping him in his childlike state is probably also playing a huge role in Tomohisa's decision
I’m guessing because the fathers dead so I guest Yuki is probably a prime suspect and tomohisa wants to leave and say he was the one that killed him. That’s my theory
