Sadly, taking a photo of someone on a PUBLIC SPACE is NOT a crime, though it is highly unethical, at least for me.
You can take a photo of someone in public in Japan it’s uploading it on the internet or publishing it without permission that’s illegal.

Taking pictures of other ppl without their permission is a crime. These brainless ppl should fuck off. I think it’s disgusting when ppl do this, no matter whether it’s random ppl or some kind of fans or fujoshis. D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G
