i find it, if not rare, then kinda few with hetero manga's, and if there's one like sibling incest, it usually is just pure hentai or fanservice. some are either they inlove with their uncle or a friend of their parents but in yaoi it's mostly either their brother and sometimes their father. tho with the father one, it's like the most twisted ones like harada-ish level. but when it's brother incest story, ir's mostly portrayed as u know, angsty, painful, but like uh fluffy or uhhh idk how to describe it but uh light tones qnd uh shiny shiny feeling??? uhm like pure????
on a curious note, i wonder why there's a lot of story where someone is inlove with their brother. it's always mc1 will get curious of mc2 cuz he looks so sad, hurting, broken etc then he'll fall for him then will find out the reason of all those hurting is their brother...
