Searching a manga

Hi ! I read some times ago a manga about a guy who come back to, I think, the family farm. And his parents hired a herdsman, or something, who lives in his bedroom. And so they share the bedroom. I remember not much else. But if someone has an idea I would be grateful :)

Thanks I've discoverd a nice manga, but that's not it. I think the son, who come back is older than the herdsman or same age but in age to go to university

Oh and maybe (but really not sure) the cover is orange with two men on a bike but I might get mixed up with another manga
