literally FUCK those ppl who made the petition. do they think ppl go out of their way to illegally read NO DIPSHITS we have NO money to be able to afford to read. half of us are broke or minors. and do we not deserve to be able to read these manhwas ? maybe if they had a system like webtoon where ads are used to compensate the authors and you can also choose to use coins, things wouldn't be this way ( ̄へ ̄)

Okay, so I am obviously here on this site, reading mangas illegally so I am about to sound like a hypocrite but do we actually have the right to be angry?
Don't get me wrong, I am also a broke minor with no way to afford reading my favourite mangas, but does that justify the fact we are practically stealing money off our beloved creators? They work so very hard to create such wonderful mangas/manwha/etc and they need to get money some how, to survive as their job /main source of income would naturally be the money they get from their comic. I obviously won't go and sign the petition and such, but there is no way that we are in the 'rights' to get all angry and triggered by the fact someone/some people want to give the creators justice. Imagine working so hard and needing the money, just to see it get re-uploaded on a million illegal sites, all the hard work for... nothing.
I am not saying that you have to stop reading from mangago, as I myself, will continue to do so but you all must acknowledge that it is geniunly very unethical and wrong of us to do so, and especially the fact that we don't at all have the right to get triggered over someone wanting to let the creators get their fair share of money. Of course no one wants to pratically steal money of the hard working creators, but that doesn't suddenly make it okay!
Plz don't attack me that much or if you must then try to remain respectful and sorry if I may trigger anyone of you ~ ( ̄∇ ̄")

I mean, they made them to be read, yes, but they also deserve to be paid for their work. They pour blood sweat and tears into their creations and so many sites like Lezhin, etc. don’t pay artists what they deserve — I think their frustration is certainly justified. The more illegal uploads are available, the less people will pay for the comics and it directly impacts them financially. I totally get it...

Yes, they are obviously made to read, but we have to understand that some creators need money for their daily lives. They have all the right to decide if they want their comic to cost money or not. Though it may render some fans unable to read, it will help the creator finacially depending on how popular their comic is/becomes.
guys i think we'll have to say goodbye to this website since twitter has a petition to ban illegal websites ╥﹏╥
