What is happening between the boxer guy and his love interest in the last 2 chapters? I can't seem to understand their body language and what is happening.

That boxer is rinka older brother(rinze) a taekwondo/ judo prodigy. He has crushed on that petit guy( another host of leopard)since his teens, whom use to be his teacher . That woman with glasses is that petit guy wife( on paper) she is lesbian. Since she didnt want to upset her parents she proposed to that petit guy( he was all over the moon at time, cause he has unrequited love for her) little did he know it was just pretentious marriage. After they tight the knot, she flew to Italy to work and live there with her lover( that rowdy woman). In chapter 32 , that lesbian came to Japan for visit and had car accident. So the petit guy and rinze came to visit her in the hospital, but her lesbian lover would not even let her talk to him. By seeing the scene rinze understood what's going on. On the way back from hospital the petit guy was really down, his long awaited reunion with his beloved wife turns into another failure. He lost his last faith that one day she would come to love him, and come back to his side. So rinze hugs him and say: it's okay now you don't have to act cheerful to hide your sadness and loneliness like you always did. You have me, I'll always by your side, I love you.

Oh the lady with hat is rinka & rinze mom. And back then the news of sensei marriage really hit rinze very hard, he can even compete in taekwondo /Judo (?) World championship.
