and since the few good stories are coming to an end (walk on water, bj alex - unless the "side stories" keep going ad infinitum), we don't really have many options...
It's just different. The Japanese ones are recurring plot wise these days. But this plot is like pre-2010 korean "shoujo" manhwas.
Walk on Water's whole drama is just a shit ton of cliché piled up one onto another and charactets being retards.
Much worse than this story...
