I was thinking the same thing.
It's cannon that he's fucking jacked by regular human standards. He played basketball so he's tall (probably close to 6ft if nothing else) and it was mentioned early on that he's um,, well endowed ;) and his homies were jealous (or something to that effect)
okay okay so... we all know Caius is like a cannon size but it looks like Kouichi is also like a bazooka for his body size... no?
