From what I read Ruvelis had never the chance to like Aristia in the first place - His father was lovable to her and not him; everybody compared him to her; Her mother, that cared for him, died after having her; Even Aristia that liked him never showed, she said she loves him but they never had a proper conversation or established friendship bound.
After Aristia died the elephant in the room appears - The empire goes down; Ruvelis and Jieun Marriage go down; Everything.
Jieun got a bad ending for her greed and still didn't learn the lesson - She and Ruvelis had nothing in common; She wasn't a good ruler either because she couldn't understand the culture or language os the world.
Ruvelis is like goddamn a saint in this timeline - He isn't bad because he talked, learned to care, make a friendship, and fell in love with Aristia. Aristia is just worried that he might love Jieun because she died before she could know that he never loved Jieun.

well yeah, probably in this timeline ruve isn't that bad but the problem here is jieun. I heard she went back in time too to get some dumb shit revenge on tia. and btw what you mean greed? in the previous life all of those were just jieun's act?
She wasn't acting per se... she's just... dumb. She made dumb decisions like how she clinged unto Ruve just to secure her place in that world. Then she made another dumb decision to go back in time just to prove herself against Tia instead of going back but I've read a comment before that maybe her dumb choices was essential for the real villain to be revealed.

Yep! Anytime he paid to much attention to Tia she would intervine. I just hope that she disappears soon but I know its part of the plot and Tias growth.
I knew from the beginning chapters that she was a scam. She manipulated or put a spell on the prince. There is no way that he naturally fell in love with her. God i hope she dies a terrible death.
