It was actually around the time he was stalking (?) Noah... He was slowly falling for him without realising it and when he shot Noah on their first meeting he realised how he actually didn't wanted him to get hurt, that's why Allen said "I'll apologise to him and be nice to him" (and being nice= being in love with him)
I'm still confused about Allen's love for Noah ..he said to Noah that he is in love with him even before he met him lmao but all he was thinking how he could make Noah his safety shield .. bruh I just don't feel it .. it's kinda empty empty *sigh*
