I thought of three possibilities:
1. She's in love with kakeru (though we haven't seen them even talking to each other yet)
2. She's in love with her brother (the "we're the same" would then be referring to kakeru but I don't think this is it cause it doesn't make enough sense)
3. She likes girls (I think it's the most likely)
I reread it and why do I get the feeling that its no. 2 which I hope it isnt. Like she said something abt a hopeless crush and given her appearance in ch. 4 when Yamato reached out to Kakeru and the mention of Yamato being a slight bro con and that frame abt the juice box, and that there is no other character aside from Yamato that we see her interact with as of now, its very likely
Uh I think she just also likes Kakeru. She is mad that her brother is trying to get close to kakeru even though it’s “a hopeless love” (she says this herself). It definitely seems to be implying that she thinks it won’t work out no matter how much Yamato likes him so he should just give up and give kakeru to her. This especially makes sense considering it’s implied that he always gives her the things she wants more, so she’s kind of spoiled thinking “well he can’t even have kakeru in the first place so why won’t he just give up/give him to me?” Because he usually always lets her have his things, but for the first time he’s putting his foot down and saying no.

I feel like when his sis said " so we are the same" or somthing like that she didn’t mean she likes kakeru too, but meant that she likes girls, i wish that bc i Hate when it's become love tringles she is cute she deserve love
