if your caught up with the novel, in your opinion, is it worth reading it?
I was going to read it but i heard some reviews stating how bad it gets further in the novel and there is basically no hope for MC. this isn't spoiler cause I don't even know what happens, but the thought of that happening me hesitant on reading it.

i heard a lot of people didn't like the romance aspect of the story but i dont know about the action

Sorry I can't help you about the novel since it's been a while since I read it, and I haven't caught up with the newer chapters since they weren't out when I first read it
