I have so much mixed emotions when I ended this manga. The art and story was beautiful but somehow it didn't give me as much fluffy feeling? Actually I'm not sure what it was really, like there was something missing or lacking with how things were flowing but hmmm, I just can't seem to point out which it is exactly. Nonetheless, worth the read.
I felt sad for kyujo to be honest, I understand the pressure and some of his feels but what he did in the start was still wrong. How he acted in some parts were just too much yet a part of me wants him to find someone who could make him smile the way kotaro did. At one point I did somehow want to ship them, I think the way kyujo seemed to start looking vulnerable in the last chapters with kotaro was what made me feel this way but I also had this other feeling that kotaro just wasn't the right pair he was looking for. I think how kotaro was is the thing kyujo was attracted to, aside from the type that they discussed during the story. It was interesting how sensei went with the idea of " MAYBE " pairing kyujo and akari but I was hoping for the chief to somehow you know. Hahaha. I don't know if I'm the only one but I think how the chief is in the story has some similarities with kotaro, and I think that's the type of person kyujo actually longs for. I really wanted to read more about the pasts of both kyujo and the chief. Maybe in some other dimension, a kyujo and chief pairing happens. Fingers crossed on the idea. Anyways, this was a nice read ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ
Yeah I get you, It was a good ending and I loved it but there wasn’t a feeling of satisfaction like how I feel when I read other yaoi ending, but I like this manga and it can definitely be on my best list!
