The mother said she didn't even know that the pictures were taken by this photographer, so technically he took it without consent. This was not the mothers fault, because she did not have any knowledge of this happening. But for sure, the pictures were taken without consent and published on ink via newspaper.
I liked Lippe too, but she needs to remind this man what consent is. So what if he looks sweet? He could have bad intentions too. We'll see in the next chapter.
